At Thirsty Drinks, we aim to dispatch all orders promptly and ensure products arrive in good condition. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Dispatch

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–5 working days. If an order has not been dispatched within 5 working days from the date of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting us before the order is dispatched.

Refunds After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for cancellation or refund, except where required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Delivery

All deliveries are carried out by independent third-party courier and haulage companies. While we aim to ensure prompt delivery, any delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, customs processes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting sales@thirstydrinks.com and providing photographs of the packaging and product.

We will investigate the issue with the courier and may offer a replacement or appropriate resolution where necessary.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, items cannot be returned once dispatched unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
