Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed within 2–5 working days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or delays in processing, dispatch may take longer. In such cases, we will contact you using the email address or telephone number provided at checkout.
If your order has not been dispatched within 5 working days of purchase, you may request a refund prior to dispatch by contacting us.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping for orders up to 25kg is £9.99 + VAT. An additional charge of £5 applies for every additional 5kg over the initial 25kg.
Larger orders may be shipped on pallets and may require additional delivery arrangements.
Delivery
All shipments are handled by independent third-party courier and haulage companies. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Thirsty Soft Drinks Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Thirsty Soft Drinks Ltd. is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply to international shipments. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting sales@thirstydrinks.com and providing photographs of the packaging and products.
We will investigate the issue with the courier and work to resolve the matter appropriately.
